Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of vendlio.online, including editorial content, product research, affiliate-related content, portfolio demonstrations, project inquiry features and professional website services offered through Vendlio.
1. Website Operator
Vendlio is operated by Gilson Jr., based in Brazil. References to “Vendlio,” “we,” “us” or “our” in these Terms refer to the website and services operated by Gilson Jr.
Questions regarding these Terms may be sent to vendlio.help@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using vendlio.online, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the website.
3. Website Content
Vendlio may publish independent product reviews, comparisons, buying guides, research-based content, educational material, portfolio demonstrations and information about website design services.
Website content is provided for general informational, educational, editorial and commercial presentation purposes. While reasonable efforts may be made to keep content accurate and useful, Vendlio does not guarantee that every statement, specification, price, availability detail or third-party offer will remain current at all times.
4. Professional Website Services
Vendlio may offer professional WordPress landing page design and related website services. Service descriptions and package prices displayed on the website are intended as starting points and do not automatically create a binding project agreement.
A project begins only after the relevant scope, deliverables, price, payment terms, timeline and other material conditions have been agreed between Vendlio and the client.
Submitting a project inquiry form, sending an email or discussing a potential project does not by itself create a contract, guarantee project acceptance or create a payment obligation.
5. Project Scope
Before work begins, the project scope may define matters including:
- The page or website to be created.
- The number and type of sections or deliverables.
- Content and assets to be supplied by the client.
- Design and technical requirements.
- Forms, integrations, analytics or tracking requirements.
- Revision limits.
- Estimated timeline.
- Price and payment schedule.
- Publishing, migration or handoff arrangements.
Work requested outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation, additional payment or revised timeline.
6. Starting Prices
Prices displayed on the Vendlio website, including package prices, are starting prices unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Final pricing may vary based on factors including project length, design complexity, custom functionality, forms, integrations, analytics, tracking, content requirements, revisions, migration requirements and third-party dependencies.
7. Payments
Payment terms are confirmed before project work begins. Depending on the project, Vendlio may require an upfront deposit, milestone payments or another agreed payment structure.
For direct-client projects, a common structure may include an initial payment before work begins and a remaining balance before final handoff or transfer of the completed work.
Final files, migration, publishing control or other final project deliverables may be withheld until the agreed balance has been paid in full.
8. Revisions
The number of included revision rounds depends on the agreed project scope or package.
A revision generally means a reasonable adjustment to work already included within the approved scope. New sections, major structural changes, new functionality, replacement of approved concepts or other work beyond the original scope may be treated as additional work.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and lawful materials reasonably required for the project. This may include:
- Text, logos, images and brand assets.
- Product or service information.
- Access credentials where necessary.
- Feedback and approvals.
- Legal rights to use supplied materials.
- Any required licenses, subscriptions or third-party accounts unless otherwise agreed.
Delays in providing required materials, access or approvals may affect the project timeline.
10. Domains, Hosting and Third-Party Services
Domain registration, website hosting, premium themes, premium plugins, third-party software, paid APIs, subscriptions, advertising costs and similar external expenses are not automatically included in project pricing unless specifically stated in the agreed scope.
Where possible, third-party accounts or subscriptions intended for ongoing client use should be created in the client’s name and controlled by the client.
Vendlio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes, account restrictions or technical failures caused by third-party providers outside Vendlio’s reasonable control.
11. Development, Preview and Approval
Projects may be developed in a staging environment, private preview, password-protected page, client website or other suitable environment depending on the project.
A client may be asked to review and approve the work before final delivery, migration or handoff.
Approval of a stage or completed project may limit the extent to which previously approved work can later be changed without additional scope or cost.
12. Final Delivery and Handoff
Final delivery may include publishing, migration, transfer of files, transfer of page content or another agreed handoff method.
The exact handoff process depends on the project scope and technical environment. Vendlio may require full payment of the agreed balance before completing final transfer, migration or delivery.
13. Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Vendlio may request permission to display completed project work in a portfolio or as an example of professional services.
Client confidential information, private data or materials that are not intended for public display should not be published without appropriate permission.
14. Fictional Portfolio Demonstrations
Vendlio may publish fictional landing page concepts to demonstrate design, content structure and technical capability.
Fictional businesses, products, prices, performance metrics, testimonials, locations or other illustrative details used in portfolio demonstrations are not represented as real clients, real commercial results or verified product claims.
15. Affiliate Disclosure
Some editorial pages may contain affiliate links. If a visitor follows an affiliate link and completes a qualifying transaction, Vendlio may receive a commission at no additional cost to the visitor.
For more information, review the Affiliate Disclosure.
16. No Professional Advice
Content published on Vendlio is not legal, financial, medical, tax or other regulated professional advice. Visitors should obtain appropriate professional guidance where necessary.
17. Product Information and Third-Party Offers
Product specifications, merchant offers, prices, availability and other third-party information may change without notice.
Visitors should verify important purchase information directly with the relevant merchant, manufacturer or service provider before making a decision.
18. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original Vendlio website content, page layouts, written material, branding and original portfolio concepts are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit substantial portions of original Vendlio content without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, product names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Any warranties or obligations applicable to a paid professional project are governed by the specific scope or agreement applicable to that project.
22. Limitation of Liability
